Shri Annan Boodram, founder of Caribbean Voice, addressed participants of the Gandhi Peace March gathered at Shri Lakshmi Narayan Mandir on Liberty Ave on 128 Street. The March was planned and organized by the Federation of Hindu Mandirs on September 24. Pt Ram Hardowar is the Dharmacharya. The event was graced by Mayor Eric Adams. Assemblywoman Jenifer Rajkumar was honored with the Peace Prize.
Mr. Boodram spoke of change, Gandhi, suicide, domestic violence, and other social issues.
