Guyana’s PM Mark Phillips in Delhi

Guyana Prime Minister Mark Phillips called on President Droupadi Murmu at Rashtrapati Bhavan, New Delhi. The President appreciated Guyana’s efforts and leadership in the areas of climate change, green energy, and sustainable development.

The Prime Minister also called on the Hon’ble India Vice-President, Shri Jagdeep Dhankhar at Upa-Rashtrapati Nivas today.

Discussion between the leaders underlined the connect between India and Guyana built on their rich cultural link and heritage, and the shared commitment of both nations towards sustainable development, green energy, and combating climate change.
The PM has been in India to attend a sustainability conference.
