Ilhan Omar has abused the freedom and rights the US afforded her

Some have arrogated unto themselves the divine authority to see the mole on others’ eyes while failing to see the beam in their eyes. One such person is Ilhan Omar, the Congresswoman of Minnesota whom President Donald Trump had targeted for deportation if found guilty of telling lies when she was seeking asylum in the USA in 1995. 

And I agree with Trump. Coming to the US and being elected to Congress representing Minnesota, a majority Somalian constituency, Omar hides behind the US constitution to criticize Trump who retorted that ‘she comes from a place that is hardly a country’ and where lawlessness and tribal wars are the order of the day.

In 2023 when PM Modi of India was visiting the US, Omar made a press release charging that “What’s happening in India runs directly counter to our democratic values.” Omar went on to boycott Modi’s joint address to Congress along with Rashida Tlaib, another Congress woman and went further to introduce a resolution condemning the religious freedom and abuses occurring in India. Omar was swiftly counteracted by Atif Rasheed, an ex-chairman of the National Commission for Minorities who remarked that “I live freely in PM Modi’s India.”

Today Minnesota is a hotbed of corruption under the watchful eyes of Ilhan Omar. Millions of dollars have been stolen by administrators of social programs for the poor. Several arrests have been made after it was revealed that the moneys were used to purchased luxury homes, motor cars and fatten personal bank accounts. Most dastardly is the revelation that more than $1.7 B have been syphoned to Al-Shabaab, a terrorist organization that is responsible for the social and political instability and chaos in Somalia.

Instead of cooperating with the law enforcement agencies to bring to justice the perpetrators of those corrupt practices, Omar has opted to accuse President Trump of peddling hate and racism. Trump, with no holds barred, has promised to lift the Temporary Protected Status afforded to Somalian refugees in Minnesota, much to the chagrin and defiance of Ilhan Omar. Trump is also threatening Ilhan Omar with deportation for telling lies while pursuing her naturalization citizenship.

Ihan Omar is the typical Islamists who is critical of non-Islamic countries but remain silent on the poverty and underdevelopment that plague Islamic countries. The very freedom that protects her, Omar is now ready to destroy.

Ilhan Omar remains unfazed and defiant by threats of deportation as though she is ignorant of and unaware of the corruption practices by State officials administering State support to the poor of Minnesota at taxpayers’ expense. Omar’s biggest shock may come about when not a single member of the OIC may be willing to welcome her to their country because she is not only a trouble maker and a harbinger of social instability and corruption, but also a liar and a cheat.
