A Indo Guyanese, Ashwannie Harripersaud, has won the prestigious global scholarship excellence award from India’s Study Group.
Harripersaud taught for 20 years. She published 14 scholarly articles in international, scholarly, refereed journals and three books over 18 months. Harripersaud has three additional books that have been accepted for publication.
The Global Excellence Award is an internationally recognised accolade. It is an honor of the Delhi Study Group chaired by Dr Vijay Jolly of Delhi.
The award was presented virtually.
