Kamla’s Political Shell-life is over in Trinidad

Rabindra Moonan

Dear Editor,

Kamla Persad Bissessar in another desperate attempt to hold on to her tenuous leadership position of the UNC has been making more wild statements .

Apparently she has taken leave of her senses and is now out of touch with reality.

The aging leader has been reacting to pressures brought upon her by an unforgiving electorate and is now speaking of projects she will implement when she returns to power.

Kamla seems to be obvlious to the simple fact that you must win an election to be Prime Minister in order to carry out your mandate.

Kamla must be oblivious to the fact that she took a Government with 29 seats and over 400 thousand votes and was ingloriously removed from her position as head of Government.

Kamla must be oblivious to the fact that she had lost every election since being gifted that position in 2010.

Kamla must be oblivious to the fact that under her stewardship the successful Partnership Government has been irretrievably destroyed.

Kamla must be aware that she has had more than one chance and she blew it.

Kamla must aware that even her own UNC is showing signs of a rapid deterioration and disgust under her leadership.

Kamla must be aware that the noises of discontent are real and not those coming from dissidents.

Kamla must realize that her shelf life has expired.

Kamla must realize that her last act of kindness will not be one of weakness, but of one who has seen the white light.

Kamla must vacate public office and must not be the subject of more public ridicule.Kamla must be allowed to walk out without anyone holding her hands.

Kamla must liberate her people.

Yours truly,
Rabindra Moonan
San Fernando.
