Today Gopio International in collaboration with Gopio Rivière du Rempart and the High Commission of India celebrated the Intl Yoga Day at Amitie. Among the numerous participants were inhabitants of the village of L’Amitie, the Pres. Mr. Mookhesswur Choonee & Vice Pres Mr. Davendrah Utchanah, of G I, Pres of G. Rempart Mr Bhuruth Dinand, Mr. Ashok Sharma Consular of the High Commission of India and other members of G I. There were 4 Yoga Coaches, 1 lady and 3 gents who conducted excellently the 1hr SESSION . Short Speeches from the dignitaries on Yoga and its benefits were followed by a vote of thanks, and a very tasty Vegetarian lunch.
