Murtis are not just random superficial images that Hindus worship out of blind faith.
Murtis are symbolic representation of the iconic personalities and principles that Hindus venerate and hold to be characteristic ideals of truth and noble virtues.

Symbols crystallize in our minds the visuals that covey both good and bad in the material world of our mortal existence. Our human intelligence provide us with the discernment to choose according to our persuasions and tendencies.
Hindu reverential Ikons represents and conveys virtuous attributes that are intended to uplift our minds and inspire us to break free from the selfishness, egoism and to serve a higher good for the benefit of all people and our benevolent life-sustaining planet.
Unfortunately, many are now brainwashed to look at the world and it’s diversity with disdain. Sadly, they foolishly allow their innate ignorance to condemn and demonize those who finds solace and sublime peace at the alter of humility and grace.
Every Hindu Ikon or Symbol convey deep mystical truths that does not doom us to hell but rather connect and help us to free ourselves from the trap of insatiable indulgences and corrupt vices.
Our freedom from the bondage(s) of our own making lies in our surrender and identification with virtuous thoughts and ideals. Every Iconic symbol in the Hindu pantheon is a potent reminder of our self-limiting predisposition and the need for us to strive to be better by freeing ourselves from the vicissitudes of life’s challenges.
Out ancestral traditions have conditioned us to embrace the noble and nurturing attributes of our idealized – venerated- symbols as potent energies to boost and empower our resolve to stay positive and strong in the face of adversities and untoward incidents in a world of constant changes
and upheavals.
As well, humanity has always venerated the moon as a glorious and sacred symbol of the creator. In fact, EVERYTHING in this material universe is a representative aspect of the creator. Yet, even the moon are now being desecrated with our self-absorbed contentious ignorance. Nothing can escape the law of creation, sustenance and dissolution but our enlightenment to know the imperishable self.
Furthermore, who are we to champion doctrines and laws based on our conditioned and bigoted self-limiting conjectural interpretations of Gods decrees? By what authority and justification we have the right to massacre the defenceless and demonize those whose belief are different?
Many ancient civilizations have become victims to contradictory tenets and self-righteous creeds that do not exemplify the ideals that they preach and spread with forked tongues and savagery.
It is disgraceful that the so-called superior religions of the world persecute, condemn, hunt and rabidly proselytize those who have, in fact, embraced and show respect for all sentiment beings. Our mystics have even unlocked the mystery of our transcendental states of consciousness and have provided guidance for us to pursue and individually experience the cosmic awareness and reality of our true nature.
Indeed! our existential nemesis are still yet to prove the scientific evidences and validity of their preposterous claims
and obsessed assurances of an everlasting paradise of milk and honey with the barbaric butchering and destruction of God’s glorious creation. Surely, if God is love and represent unblemished omnipotence and omniscience, then how can we judge his purpose and question his infallibility based on dogmatic gobble-gook? The expressed hatred and duplicity seems more fanatical, insane and hell-bound to me.
I have yet to see the wisdom , sage values, temperance and unconditional compassion that matches that of my ancestral dharmic traditions, culture and way of life.
Hindus have lost their way by abandoning their ancient traditions and are now prime targets for the proselytizers ever-encroaching inescapable nets. A net of enslaved subjugation to the fear of sin and endless repentance rather than a life of unconditional love and service to all.
