The Gopal Sundar Mandir on 104 Street, corner of 101 Ave, Richmond Hill, Queens, has been hosting a Bhagwatam Katha nightly session in commemoration of Janamashtmi, birth of Lord Krishna that falls on Thursday evening August 18. The sessions began on Monday morning and evening and continued nightly thru Thursday. It continues thru Sunday morning.
Last Tuesday evening services and prasad and bhojan were sponsored by Deo Gosine of Trinidad and Tara Chowbay of Guyana. The couple lives in Westchester, New York.
