Sunil Singh of Queens, formerly of Enmore, celebrated his 50th birthday with a puja held at Shaanti Bhavan Mandir in Ozone Park, Queens. Sunil was joined by his Dharam Patni as shrotas. The katha or puja was conducted by Pandit Manoj who is the spiritual leader of the mandir. A Hanoman Jhandi or flag was hoisted. Sunil’s mom Kamla Singh, formerly of Leguan, thanked the public for gracing the celebration.
