Taking Out Renegade and Rogue Leaders Part ii

Yesterday I wrote of the world finding ways and means of getting rid of leaders who turn out to be a menace to their people and other country’s people, as well. Since it emanated out of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, I admit it was an embryonic idea that needs nurturing until it grows and becomes cast in stone.

Leaders make laws to control we the people, while they are left free to roam and ride roughshod over us, the laws and constitution. And so from the beginning of time leaders all over the world have been responsible for all the wars that have taken place mostly because they become drunk and mad with power, and we the people allow them free rein to pursue their apocalyptic craziness by joining them in their pursuit or by staying passive and doing nothing about it.

We have to begin to see leaders as a danger to our existence and not as Saviours; so just as they meet to implement laws to keep us under control, we must have the mechanisms in place to also discipline them when they begin from the first sign that hubris is kicking in on their part; when the megalomaniac syndrome takes over.

We must forget constitutional niceties as impeachment because these crooks know, like Trump, how to make mockery of such things as they go on to become worst as a result of its failure.

So what do we do? Leaders generally, are not Saviours but are Destroyers – like Putin at this moment. If we had in place an International Monetary Fund to hire mercenaries, hit men, bounty hunters, an international vigilante squad, do you know how this world could become a paradise, the utopian dream of all idealist?

Ok, so if this were in place would what is happening in Ukraine be happening? Why should he be alive and flexing his muscles as Ukrainians are dying and running for their lives. Wasting one madman to save millions, to save a country, is worth having such a universal killer squad, I say, don’t you?

Star Chamber is a 1983 movie with Michael Douglas who was a judge turned vigilante who went out singly and enacted justice on criminals who went before him and got off freely on technicalities but whom he knew were guilty, so he took justice in his own hand and wasted them.

Under the auspices of the International Criminal Court, such a vigilante squad might be established. You see the Court was set up to deter such monsters as Putin from terrorizing the world and while that intention was good, it has turned out to be something of a toothless bulldog by not having its own military arm.

Rather than spend millions and after the loss of millions of lives, the same money or less could be spent and the world be rid of one less monster if the skill of a single sharpshooter is hired. The world is filled with tin pot Putins every which way so hitmen would always have a job.

We have to stop making out leaders to be so sacred that they are immune from justice, wild west, if necessary.
