A Yagya is being held in South Ozone Park, greater Richmond Hill, Little Guyana, Queens at the Shri Radha Krishna Mandir on 126 Street and 133 Ave. It us a Sapta Bhagwat Puran Yagna.
The Yagya started Monday, July 10, and will conclude on Sunday morning July 16. The officiating pandit is Bhoj Sharma of Vishnu Mandir, Toronto. There are two daily sessions — 10 to noon and 7 to 9 PM.
The Yagya is held in memory of the host’s nanna or maternal grandfather. It is sponsored by the Bantay Maraj family. The public is invited.
