Peoples Progressive Party/Civic leader and Vice President Jagdeo promises to take actions against those who bully or threaten party candidates or their supporters. The VP stated:

I will PERSONALLY ensure that every case is fully investigated by the relevant law enforcement agency and strong action is taken against those found culpable.
