It is called jalabhishekh or holy mixing of water from different natural water of bodies. There is water from Guyana, Trinidad, Jamaica, and elsewhere. Dr Vijay Jolly spearheads the special program held on April 23. The ritual pooja was conducted in the holy city of Ayodhya where Lord Rama was born.
