Regarding the proposal to rename Promenade Gardens, Elijay Bijay in Guyana Stabroek News wrote: “indeed at a time when the current Indian Administration shows disrespect for the philosophy of Gandhi, as it continues to mistreat muslims (sic) in India”. Mr. Bijay has made an assertion which is sheer propaganda often echoed by anti-Hindu forces within India and their allies in media houses such as the BBC, NY Times, Washington Post, Aljazeera, et al. The freedom and rights Muslims enjoy in India, they won’t be able to enjoy in any other Muslim country. If dissatisfied with India, why don’t Muslims emigrate to Talibanized Aghanistan or its supporter, Pakistan, which latter was created expressly for Muslims?
Does he know that Pakistan means “Land of the Pure” implying that India was a land of ‘impure’ people, viz., Hindus? Is he referring to the Modi government passing a law which bans a Muslim man who was otherwise allowed to say, “Talaq, Talaq, Talaq” and thus divorce his wife? The BBC reports: “Triple talaq”, as it’s known, allows a husband to divorce his wife by repeating the word “talaq” (divorce) three times in any form, including via email or a text message.” Or/and is he referring to Mr. Modi’s government passing a Citizenship Amendment Bill that fast-tracks citizenship for NON-Muslim people fleeing persecution in Muslim countries: Pakistan, Afghanistan, and Bangladesh? (All of which were either part of, or was ruled by Indian kings (Afghanistan) until Islamic people broke them off). Has he been paying attention to what recently has happen to Non-Muslim minorities in Talibanized Afghanistan?
Even Shia Muslims in this Muslim state are personae non gratae. This is even so in Pakistan! Does he know anything about India’s history – that genocidal invader Muslims ruled India for 650-800 years slaughtering tens of millions Hindus, Sikhs, Buddhists and Jainas in the name of Islam? And, as independence was approached and Muslims realized that the Hindus, who were their earlier subjects for centuries would be their equals, fought for a new “pure”state called Pakistan? Does he know that Muslim invaders slaughtered millions of Hindu men and took millions of Hindu women, girls and young boys to sell them as sex slaves in West Asia? And, that the Roma/Gypsy people were of these groups (who later developed Spanish Flamenco from Indian Khatak) ? Here are just two atrocities perpetrated on Hindus in the last century. Does he know about the 1921 Moplah riots in Kerala for a new caliphate, and in the process slaughtered Hindu men, forcibly circumcised others including and WOMEN? American historian, William Durant, provides some details. “The Moplahs were simple Moslems who believed that every murdered Hindu was pleasing in the sight of God [Allah].
Angered by the British treatment of the Mohammedans in the Near East [defeated the Muslim Ottoman Empire which sided with the Germans in WWI], they rose against the local officials of the Government, and killed seven of them. Ashamed of their moderation, and finding no other whites [on] hand, they turned upon the Hindus (to whom they owed money), butchered hundreds of them, and circumcised other hundreds of them, male and female. (Durant: 99/181). NB: Hindu women were also “circumcised”!!! Does he know about the 1971 Pakistan’s genocide of 1-2 million Hindus in East Pakistan/Bangladesh? As a quick summary here is what historian Wm Durant wrote about the Muslim presence in India. “The Mohammedan Conquest of India is probably the bloodiest story in history. It is a discouraging tale, for its evident moral is that civilization is a precarious thing, whose delicate complex of order and liberty, culture and peace may at any time be overthrown by barbarians invading from without or multiplying within…( THE MOSLEM CONQUEST OF INDIA – Chapter 6, Vol 1 of The Story of Civilization. ) Finally, here are two brief videos by Muslim women who sing the praises of Mr. Modi. One, a journalist, Shazia Ilmi, member of the Mr. Modi’s BJP, who exposed the conspiracy against the RSS that the 26/11/2008 Mumbai terror attack was RSS hatched. Second is Dr. Sofia Rangawala who realizes now that Mr. Modi was/is unfairly pilloried by the biased media.
