This November was no exception as St. Kitts Tourism Authority saw great success through a star-studded event in Los Angeles, coverage from several top-tier media outlets, and earned several travel industry awards and recognitions.
To kick off the month, St. Kitts was present at the legendary Rock & Roll Hall of Fame’s 37th Annual Induction Ceremony in Los Angeles. This year, St. Kitts served as a gifting destination in the Backstage Artists Lounge during rehearsals, with each big-name celebrity receiving personalised, gifted stays at the gorgeous Sunset Reef. With attendance from Bruce Springsteen, Zac Brown, Sara Bareilles, Dr. Dre, and others, this star-studded event supplied St. Kitts with an incredible opportunity to spread awareness across high-end audiences.
St. Kitts continues to be awarded for its unmatched experiences, cuisine, adventures, and accommodations. St. Kitts was named Best Caribbean Beach Port in Porthole Cruise Magazine’s 2022 Readers’ Choice Awards. November also brought quality media coverage from prestigious outlets like TripSavvy, which featured Belle Mont Farm as one of the best eco-friendly hotels; U.S. News & World Report, which spotlighted the Music Festival as a top Caribbean festival; and TripAdvisor, which published a stunning feature on St. Kitts’ culinary scene.

The island was awarded the Best Caribbean Hiking Destination title in the Caribbean Journal’s Travelers’ Choice Awards 2022, the ultimate seal of approval from the world’s foremost experts on Caribbean travel. According to editors at Caribbean Journal, this prestigious recognition signifies the platinum standard of Caribbean tourism excellence.

Further expanding St. Kitts’ global reach, Sunset Reef has announced that it can now be found on the Global Distribution System (GDS). The addition allows travel agents to quickly and efficiently tap into the reservation systems of the hospitality partners listed on the channel.
