I want to congratulate the Honorable Prime Minister, Mr. Modi, the ISRO Team in Bangalore, and all Indians on the landing of Chandrayaan-3 on the surface of the moon.
In 1983, only one team won. Today, the entire humanity won.
I can not be happier for all my friends in India, and I wish them continued success for their space program “
