Deceit is so commonly committed that most persons hardly know that they might be victims of something fraudulent when it happens to them; that even President Biden was made a victim of fraud when he was made to believe by Howard University President Wayne Frederick that the roadways in this country are highways to heaven; that our water supply overflows with champagne from our taps; that the PM of this country upon whom he was bestowing an honorary doctorate was a most deserving recipient via his leadership qualities.
Here is how Frederick committed the crime: “Fraud is generally defined in the law as an intentional misrepresentation of material existing fact made by one person to another with knowledge of its falsity…”
I don’t need Anand or Ramesh to fight this case on behalf of the people of Trinidad as I present my case before the learned judges of the ICC: “Your Lords-ship, the accused, Wayne Frederick, is a born and bred Afro-Trinidadian and who having originated from the bowels of the Afro-PNM stronghold in T&T – which is Port of Spain – is most likely a bigoted, diehard PNMite and as the expression reveals: once a PNM always a PNM. His decision to anoint the current PNM leader with an honorary doctorate is based on such farcical and fictitious examples that it could only be called fraud that he has committed just to justify it.
While, therefore, this leader has been inept, divisive and un-statesman like, Frederick makes him out to be greater than Lee Kwan Yew, Obama and Nelson Mandela, but obviously knowing (as he must) that he has taken a paradise of an island and made it an earthly representation of hell. Thus, we have the worst roads in the world yet we have the legendary Pitch Lake. We had one of the first oil refineries in the world and he shut it closed like his personal fridge door and so we import now what we were famous for exporting. And under him crime has spiraled because of his own aggressive, big, bad-wolf behaviour calling out members of parliament for street and pavement fight and they, his sycophants, in following him believing that if he could utilise terrorist’s tactics they too could and so this is the main reason why this country has become a killing field for criminals.
While his sycophants might buy what Frederick was retailing because that is the nihilistic way of the PNM, the rest of the country knows that Frederick was talking a lot of BS and thus insulting our intelligence which is not something we should take kindly to and which is why fraud charges should be brought against him.
Because he is Trini with roots here and because of social media and the internet, Wayne Frederick knows the truth but has deliberately spun these lies hoping that as president of Howard, his voice would have enough weight to propel the PNM back into office for another term. In the process, he disrespected not only Trinis but President Biden, by insinuating the President was intellectually challenged so he would not know if he were telling the truth or a big lie.
He did not say for Biden to hear that Rowley was a bosom buddy of Venezuela’s Maduro and continued to do business with him despite US sanctions against him and that at the height of Covid, he tried to get vaccines from non-producing Africa while India was giving it away to Barbados and other Caribbean islands. Hundreds of Trinis died while Rowley was playing politics with the acquisition of the vaccines and Wayne Frederick is saying this man is next to God.
Hey, Frederick, you could fool yourself with playing smart with foolishness but you are now regarded an educated braying animal.
