The government is committing a massive act of fraud against taxpaying citizens of this country through the use of taxpayer funds to stage public events from which certain members of the public are barred.
Goods and services bought and paid for with taxpayer funds must be made accessible to ALL taxpayers. Those include all events being held by the National Carnival Commission and being marketed as a taste of carnival.
Simply put, government CANNOT use taxpayer funds to discriminate and segregate who benefits from those funds.
This is clear criminal misbehavior on the part of the government, and besides being discriminatory and fraudulent, may also constitute grounds for those refused goods and services paid for by their taxes to not only stop paying taxes, but to have the taxes they already paid returned.
The state CANNOT collect taxes from citizens, use those taxes to host events on properties owned by the citizens and maintained and managed by taxpayer funds, and then block those same citizens from accessing those events.
We publicly call on the government to cease this policy of discrimination and fraud and to end the idea of safe zones on public property or in events paid for by taxpayer funds within twenty four hours. Failure to do so will result in the matter being taken before the courts for restitution and damages.
