On International Day of Yoga in June 21, the High commission of India in Guyana Team performed Yoga at the most iconic venues of the capital city of Georgetown – Parliament, sea wall, St George’s cathedral, Umana Yana, I love Guyana sign and the 1763 monument. Dr KJ Srinivasa led the exercises in Guyana over the last couple months. This year’s theme is YogaForHumanity.

Separately, Prime Minister Narendra Modi led Yoga Day exercises in Mysuru, India. Officials from the High Commission and their families as well as Guyana Government officials joined in yoga exercises.
